Menu Selections

Menu choices must be selected no later than 1 week prior to the event. When requesting multiple entrée, up to three (3) different selections are allowed. An additional $2.50 per person will be added for multiple entrée selection prior to the event or $10.00 per person charge to order entrée the night of the event. Substitutions are allowed for dietary/religious purposes and must be confirmed with the guarantee. Food items such as wedding cakes and birthday cakes that are brought into the restaurant will be charged a $10.00 slicing charge.

Facility Usage

The use of confetti, glitter, rice or rose petals (real or paper) is prohibited in Molly’s or anywhere on its premise. If used, $100 cleaning fee will be added to the final invoice.

Audio Visual Equipment

For your convenience, Molly’s will be pleased to arrange your audio visual needs as requested.

Food and Beverage Service

All food and beverage at Molly’s will be prepared and served by Molly’s Staff. Specialty food items may be arranged through your catering consultant. Molly’s abides by the Missouri laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. We will not serve any person under the age of 21 years or persons appearing to be intoxicated. In case of doubt regarding the age of your persons, an acceptable ID must be produced. Management reserves the right to refuse service or close the bar if laws are being violated or when the safety of persons is in jeopardy. Food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge. All state and local taxes apply to food and beverage sales. Prices are guaranteed 60 days prior to the event.

Room Charges, Food and Beverage Minimums and Deposits
Food and beverage spending minimums are in effect for Molly’s Upstairs Lounge, Bistro Private Dining Room and Bistro Main Dining Room. All events require a deposit equivalent to 50% of the spending minimum.

Banquet Reservations

All reservations are held for 14 days. The host's signature and deposit are required to confirm all events. The deposit is non-refundable and will be credited to the final invoice.

Guarantee Policy

The guarantee is the minimum number for which you will be charged. The final guarantee is due to the Molly’s no later than 72 business hours prior to the event. If a final guarantee is not provided, the last count will stand as the guarantee. You will be invoiced for guarantee number, even if fewer attend. Molly’s reserves the right to adjust room assignments based upon final guarantee. Cancellations of Confirmed Reservations
Cancellations 3 months prior to event date Molly’s will retain full deposit. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event date will be charged at 50% of the estimated invoice plus deposit.
